BREEZECARE PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, in UK Pounds via our Secure Credit Card Gateway. These cannot be debit cards that require a PIN number. Please note that Billing and Shipping address must be the same on the Checkout form for the credit card companies to accept the order.

2. Debit Cards & Bank Account via PayPal
Other Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Eftpos and echeques are still accepted, but must be paid for using our Paypal option presented to you on the checkout page. You may need to join to Paypal to use debit cards and bank accounts. You do not need to join to Paypal to use discover cards and other types of credit cards.

3. Send SGD$ Cash
We can accept Singapore Dollars cash if sent by registered mail to our address. You still complete the full order process and then select the Cash Postage option on checkout. The shopping cart will give you the complete amount to send. We do not accept coin, and only notes. Please round the amount up to the closest note. Please send to:

4. Western Union
Complete the order as normal and select the Cash Postage option on checkout. Then click on the Western Union Link on the Confirmation Page. You will need to do an ELECTRONIC MONEY TRANSFER for the full amount to Dr Geoffrey Speiser. Once you have completed this, you need to email the 10Digit Control number Western Union will give you to our email address dentist@breezecare.com

All currency on this website is in Singapore Dollars. Other BreezeCare Sites will offer currencies such as US Dollars, UK Pounds, Euros and Australian Dollars. For these other sites you need to select a site from the BreezeCare websites listed on the website pages.

HOW WE WILL SEND YOUR ORDER
UPS Courier Procedure: Parcels are processed immediately on receipt of order, and then picked up by UPS every day. UPS personally airlifts the parcels to Singapore and Malaysia, where they are processed through their own customs and then delivered to your door. This form of postage allows BreezeCare and yourself to trace the parcel from processing to delivery. The parcel must be signed for at your end, to ensure proper completion of the order. Should the goods become lost or damaged, BreezeCare will enter discussions with UPS on your behalf, and will either resend your order or affect compensation for any non delivery. You must ensure that you give us a correct address for delivery. No PO Boxes please.
NOTE: You are responsible for any duties, customs or taxes levied by your country. These charges may apply when the package is delivered.

Delivery is approx 5- 7 days. You must sign for the parcel and UPS will not accept PO Boxes. UPS will send you a tracking email with all your parcel details when they collect it from our office.

PARCEL PACKAGING
All products are sent in UPS Packaging with no identifying marks on the outside. This maintains your privacy, and also allows you to confidently ship the parcel to your work address, or even have the parcel left with a friend or neighbour. Customs insist that the contents of the package must be described on the outside of the box. Therefore the box will say: " Mouthwash and toothpaste for personal use". Apart from this description, we will attach a return Post Office Box address as required by the postage companies.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be a satisified customer, and therefore we try to inform you at all times of of the best products that we feel suit your condition. However as we are selling medicines that are shipped from Australia, and are crossing various international borders, we cannot accept any return of product.

CREDIT CARD SAFEGUARDS
Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology. Please ensure that when you place your order, you see an unbroken key or small closed lock in the lower left hand corner of your browser when you enter your credit card information.

PRICING POLICY
All prices listed on this web site are in Singapore Dollars. The products are specifically developed for the Singapore and Malaysian Market. If you do not live in these areas then you should be ordering from our Australian Website www.breezecare.com.au

All products and kits are sent from our Australian Head Office using UPS Courier. In order to make the system affordable to the Singapore and Malaysian market BreezeCare heavily subsidises the UPS postal costs for our Bad breath Kits. Usually UPS Courier delivers within 5 working days to Singapore and Malaysia. All parcels are tracked via the UPS website.

BREEZECARE GOLD MEMBERSHIP
Customers who have ordered from BreezeCare and Dr Speiser's Australian Breath Clinics are entitled to enroll themselves in the BreezeCare Gold Members Club. Gold Member orders must be done over the Internet and cannot be done on the phone. Access codes to the Gold Website will change each month, and these codes will be emailed in our newsletter database. So please ensure you have joined up to the newsletter and that you save the access codes as they are sent to you.
